Two wildcards have been added to the Tattersalls July Sale, which takes place from Tuesday, 11th to Friday, 14th July, including WHITE JASMINE, a four-year-old full-sister to this year’s Group 1 Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes winner KHAADEM who will be the first mare in foal to outstanding Champion BAAEED ever to be offered for sale. She will be joined by promising three-year-old ETHICAL DIAMOND and both wildcard lots will be offered by Baroda Stud.

Exciting broodmare WHITE JASMINE will be offered as lot 135A on Tuesday, 11th July and received a notable pedigree update in June when her full-brother KHAADEM claimed the Group 1 Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes. Prior to his Royal Ascot Group 1 triumph the high class sprinter was already a multiple Group/Listed winner, including the Group 2 King George Stakes at Goodwood and the Group 3 Palace House Stakes at Newmarket. A daughter of leading sire DARK ANGEL, WHITE JASMINE is also a full-sister to high class two-year-old LOG OUT ISLAND, a Listed winner and five times Group placed including when runner up in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes and Group 2 Mill Reef Stakes.

In addition to her top class pedigree, WHITE JASMINE will be the first mare offered at auction in foal to outstanding European Champion BAAEED, the world’s highest rated turf horse in 2022 and a six time Group 1 winner. The regally bred son of leading sire SEA THE STARS covered an exceptional book of mares at a stud fee of £80,000 in his first season at Shadwell’s Nunnery Stud.

Baroda Stud will also offer the promising three-year-old ETHICAL DIAMOND as lot 516A on Wednesday, 12th July. The three times raced son of AWTAAD was an impressive winner of a maiden at Limerick by two lengths on his most recent start for Michael O’Meara, earning a Timeform rating of 90p. Placed fourth and third on his only two previous starts in maidens at the Curragh and Roscommon, the unexposed three-year-old is out of a half-sister to high class Group 2 German 2000 Guineas winner PRECIOUS BOY, a multiple Group winner and Group 1 placed, from a prolific blacktype German family.

The four day Tattersalls July Sale numbers 963 lots and features high class consignments from leading owner-breeders including Cheveley Park Stud, Godolphin, Juddmonte Farms and Shadwell Estate Company. The catalogue can be viewed online at www.tattersalls.com and is available from Tattersalls and Tattersalls representatives.
