Dashing Willoughby Wins 104th £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus and Earns £39,528

The Andrew Balding trained DASHING WILLOUGHBY became the 104th winner of a £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus when he won the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes at Wolverhampton for owners Mick and Janice Mariscotti. The son of NATHANIEL collected a total of £39,528 for his victory, made up of a £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus, a £7,500 Plus 10 Bonus and prize money of £6,728.

DASHING WILLOUGHBY was purchased at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale for 70,000 guineas by Andrew Balding from the draft of Meon Valley Stud. The £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus is only for graduates of Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale. This year’s sale takes place from October 9 – 11.
