Giga White Wins 102nd £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus and Earns Owners 38,106 Euros

The Ger Lyons trained GIGA WHITE became the 102nd winner of a £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus when winning the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden at Gowran Park. The son of DARK ANGEL was the second Book 1 Bonus winner trained by Lyons this year and his victory earned his owner Mark Breen 38,106 Euros.

GIGA WHITE was purchased at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale by Phil Burns’ Gaelic Bloodstock for 180,000 guineas from the draft of Barouche Stud. The £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus is only for graduates of Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale. This year’s sale takes place from October 9 – 11.
