The 15th winner of a £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus this year and the 406th overall was the Simon & Ed Crisford trained DANDANA who claimed the Unibet/British Stallion Studs EBF Fillies’ Novice Stakes at Kempton for owner Sultan Ali. The daughter of Blue Point made all for an impressive winning debut and added both the Book 1 Bonus and a £10,000 Great British Bonus to her prize money for total winnings of £40,940. DANDANA is out of the dual Group 2 winning South African mare NAFAAYES and was purchased at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale for 600,000 guineas by Godolphin from Ballyphilip Stud, who had bought her at the Tattersalls December Foal Sale for 110,000 guineas from Newsells Park Stud.
