The John Gosden-trained GRAFFITI MASTER became the 77th winner of a £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus when running out a ready winner of the British Stallion Studs EBF Novice Stakes at Kempton. The colt became the third winner from just three runners to carry the famous maroon and white colours of Sheikha Al Jalila, daughter of Sheikh Mohammed. His victory earned connections £37,028 when prize money of £4,528 and a Plus 10 Bonus of £7,500 are added to the £25,000 Book 1 Bonus.
GRAFFITI MASTER was purchased at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale for 575,000 guineas by his connections. The son of DUBAWI out of the Group 2 Sun Chariot Stakes winner INDEPENDENCE was bred by Cliveden Stud and consigned to the sale by Watership Down Stud. The same team will combine to offer an OASIS DREAM half-brother to GRAFFITI MASTER and the triple Group 1 winner MOUNT NELSON at Book 2 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale.
The £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus is exclusively for horses bought at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale which takes place October 3rd – 5th.
