GRANDEE became the 35th winner of a Tattersalls October £25,000 Book 1 Bonus when impressing in the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Maiden at The Curragh. The win represented trainer Jessica Harrington’s third Book 1 Bonus and second for owners Mill House LLC who earned a total of 47,340 euros in addition to the 48,522 euros won by stablemate KHUKRI last month.
The son of LOPE DE VEGA is out of ANABAA mare CARAVAN OF DREAMS from the family of US Grade 2 winner SMART ‘N’ NOBLE and was purchased by BBA Ireland’s Patrick Cooper for 110,000 guineas from Acorn Stud, selling on behalf of Oak Hill Stud.
