HADDAF ran out an easy winner of the Betfred EBF Novice Stakes at Newcastle, breaking his Maiden and becoming the 53rd £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus winner, collecting £40,061 in the process, with Plus 10 of £7,500 and prize money of £7,561 on top of the £25,000 Book 1 Bonus.
The 99-rated HADDAF is by first crop sire DAWN APPROACH out of the COZZENE mare DEVERON and was previously third in the Listed National Stakes. He was purchased by agent Armando Duarte on behalf of owner Saif Ali for 85,000 guineas at Book 1 of the October Yearling Sale from the draft of Charlie & Tracy Vigors’ Hillwood Stud.
