Invincible Army became the 50th Tattersalls October Book 1 graduate to win a £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus when he ran away to score in the Fly London Southend Airport to Lyon Novice Stakes at Newmarket on Friday night. The son of INVINCIBLE SPIRIT ran out a five length winner for trainer James Tate under the guidance of Martin Harley and collected £37,028 in doing so, made up of a £25,000 Book 1 Bonus, a £7,500 Plus 10 Bonus and £4,528 in prize money.
Invincible Army is out of the Group 1 Falmouth Stakes winning mare RAJEEM and was knocked down to agent Dermot Farrington for 95,000 guineas at Book 1 of the October Yearling Sale, from the draft of Highclere Stud.
The Tattersalls October £25,000 Book 1 Bonus is only for horses bought at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale, that takes place from October 3 – 5.
