White Satin Dancer (GER)

The David Wachman-trained WHITE SATIN DANCER was the 40th winner of a £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus when taking out the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden at Leopsardstown today. The OASIS DREAM filly collected 38,148 euros for her owners Markus Jooste and A J Van Huyssteen and took the total value of bonuses won to £1,000,000.

WHITE SATIN DANCER was purchased by agent Peter Doyle at Book 1 of the October Yearling Sale for 260,000 guineas from the draft of Newsells Park Stud. The OASIS DREAM filly is out of the Group 2 winning STERNKOENIG mare WILD SIDE, dam of four Group/Listed horses including the Group 2 Park Hill Stakes winner WILD COCO. It is the fourth £25,000 Book 1 Bonus win for the father/son team of Peter & Ross Doyle and the third by a horse owned or part-owned by South African-owner Markus Jooste.
