Dam of Group 1 Winner and 1000 Guineas Favourite Precise to be Offered at Tattersalls December Mares Sale

WAY TO MY HEART, the dam of brilliant Group 1 Fillies’ Mile and Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes winner PRECISE, is to be offered in the Sceptre Sessions at the Tattersalls December Mares Sale, taking place from 1st – 3rd December, where she will be consigned by The Castlebridge Consignment.

PRECISE is the winner of her last four starts, winning the Group 3 Prestige Fillies’ Stakes before striking twice at Group 1 level. The two-year-old filly by STARSPANGLEDBANNER is now the favourite for next year’s 1000 Guineas following her 3¼-length victory in the Fillies’ Mile at Newmarket last Friday and looks very likely to be crowned European Champion Two-Year-Old Filly at the end of the year.

WAY TO ME HEART is by the great GALILEO out of the Listed winning and Group placed MYSTICAL LADY, making her an own sister to the multiple Listed winner and Irish Derby-placed KINGFISHER as well as the Group-placed pair of FINN MCCOOL and COCOON. 

WAY TO MY HEART is offered in foal to outstanding sire WOOTTON BASSETT. The WOOTTON BASSETT / GALILEO cross is emerging as an exceptional cross and this year alone it has been represented by Gr.1 winners AL RIFFA, PUERTO RICO and WHIRL. WAY TO MY HEART also has a yearling colt and filly foal that are both by the same much-missed sire.
