The win of the William Haggas trained ENTIFAADHA in the Group 3 Acomb Stakes provided a timely boost to Book 1 of the forthcoming Tattersalls October Yearling Sale as a graduate of the sale and a half-brother to the CAPE CROSS filly to be offered there.

ENTIFAADHA, who earned quotes as short as 16-1 for next year’s QIPCO 2,000 Guineas, was purchased by Shadwell Estates’ Angus Gold on behalf of Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum for 360,000 guineas at last year’s October 1 Sale. The son of DANSILI out of the KINGMAMBO mare MODEL QUEEN was consigned from the draft of Lady Carolyn and John Warren’s Highclere Stud who also consign his CAPE CROSS half-sister to this year’s sale which takes place from October 5-7. Catalogued as lot 224, the filly is also a half-sister the two-time Group 1 winning sprinter REGAL PARADE.

Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale takes place from October 5 – 7 and catalogues are out now and available from Tattersalls and Tattersalls representatives or online.
