Six wildcards have been added to the Tattersalls Autumn Horses in Training Sale, headed by the Group 2 winner JACK DARCY. The sale will take place from Monday 23rd to Friday 27th October and the wildcard lots can be viewed at www.tattersalls.com.

JACK DARCY ran out a convincing winner of the Group 2 Grand Prix de Deauville for trainers Paul & Oliver Cole at the end of August. The four-year-old son of GLENEAGLES out of a half-sister to Group 1 winners REAMS OF VERSE and ELMAAMUL was next seen finishing second in the Group 2 Prix Dollar on Arc weekend, close behind HORIZON DORE who is favourite for this weekend’s QIPCO British Champions Stakes at Ascot. With a Timeform rating of 118, JACK DARCY will be offered as lot 1131A by Barton Sales on Wednesday 25th October.

Another boasting high-class French form is the unexposed SIYOUNI colt TRUE TESTAMENT. Out of the Listed winning GALILEO mare TO ETERNITY, TRUE TESTAMENT has been placed four times at Group level, including in the Prix Niel when finishing behind subsequent Group 1 winner SIMCA MILLE. Trained by André Fabre and rated 110 by Timeform, the four-year-old will be consigned by Jamie Railton as lot 772A on Tuesday 24th October.

Four two-year-olds complete the sextet of wildcard entries. First to be offered as lot 772B is Keatley Racing’s THANKS FOREVER, a son of KESSAAR who finished an eye-catching third in the Convivial Maiden at York on debut before comfortably landing a Novice second time out at Chester, earning a Timeform rating of 85p. Darren Bunyan & Ger O'Leary’s Blackmiller Stables will then offer CHANDIGAH as lot 772C. The CHURCHILL colt boasts a Timeform rating of 98 having been placed in the Group 3 Round Tower Stakes at the Curragh but is yet to shed his maiden tag. The following day will see Meadowview Stables offer the Andrew Slattery-trained AWTAAD filly RITOURNELLE as lot 1131B, a last time out winner of a Thurles maiden, and Jamie Osborne’s The Old Malthouse Stables will offer the MITOLE colt BLACK HOLE as lot 1131C, winner of a Wolverhampton Maiden on his second and latest start.

The Tattersalls Autumn Horses in Training Sale takes place from Monday 23rd to Friday 27th October. The catalogue can be viewed online at www.tattersalls.com and is available from Tattersalls and Tattersalls representatives.
