The James Tate-trained NAME THE WIND won the 32Red.com Novice Stakes on debut at Kempton to earn connections a £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus. The son of first season stallion TORONADO was the 124th winner of a bonus, with the total paid out now standing at £3,100,000.

NAME THE WIND was purchased at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale for 62,000 Guineas by Rabbah Bloodstock from the consignment of Egerton Stud. The £25,000 October Book 1 Bonus is only for graduates of Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale. This year’s sale takes place from October 9 – 11.
