The Gay Kelleway trained HALA ABRAR has been added as a wildcard to the upcoming Tattersalls August Sale, which will take place on Friday 1st September. The two-year-old daughter of promising young sire INNS OF COURT will be consigned by Kelleway’s Queen Alexandra Stables as lot 282A on behalf of Ahmed Al Mutari.

HALA ABRAR made an impressive winning debut at Kempton last week over seven furlongs, coming away from the field in the closing stages with a decisive turn of foot to win by a length earning a Timeform rating of 70p.

A half-sister to the Group 3 runner up and Group 2 placed KIDMENEVER, HALA ABRAR is from the high class international family of Group 1 Sydney Cup winner OFFER and last year’s Grade 2 Del Mar Mile Stakes winner HONG KONG HARRY, runner up in the Grade 1 Turf Classic Stakes at Churchill Downs in May.

The catalogue for the Tattersalls August Sale can be viewed at www.tattersalls.com and numbers 354 lots including consignments from Godolphin and Juddmonte Farms, alongside drafts from many of the UK and Ireland’s leading trainers.
