The Castlebridge Consignment will offer a strong draft of horses in training led by Sunday’s Listed Baden-Baden Silberne Peitsche winner KYLIAN, whose win on the weekend was a second Listed victory for the four-year-old son of INVINCIBLE SPIRIT. Also heading the Castlebridge draft are smart three-year-olds GREEN TRIANGLE, winner of the €200,000 Gowran Classic on Monday earning a Timeform rating of 96, Group 3 winning colt COWARDOFTHECOUNTY and Listed placed colts BASALT and ROCK HUNTER. Castlebridge will also offer PANTILE WARRIOR, a three-year-old son of FRANKEL rated 94 by Timeform, on behalf of John & Thady Gosden’s Clarehaven Stables and the same connections are represented by smart four-year-old WESTRIDGE, a wide margin winner at Windsor on Monday earning a Timeform rating of 97.

Other potentially smart prospects include the four-year-old FIRST AMBITION, by INVINCIBLE SPIRIT out of the multiple Group 1 winnner LAURENS, who was an impressive winner of his only start to date this year for Karl Burke and the twice raced BRAGBOR who will be offered by Barton Sales on behalf of trainer George Scott, who are catalogued with Timeform ratings of 83p and 91 respectively.

Commenting on the 2025 Tattersalls July Sale, Tattersalls Chairman Edmond Mahony said:

“Camille Pissarro’s Classic victory in the Prix du Jockey Club was the latest example of the Tattersalls July Sale’s extraordinary record of producing broodmares of the very highest calibre on the international stage. His dam was purchased for just 14,000 guineas and illustrates the outstanding quality to be found at all levels of the market. Along with Group 1 winning sprinter Regional and Grade 1 Champion Hurdle winner Golden Ace, purchased for 3,500 guineas and 12,000 guineas respectively, they reflect the immense value and diversity that is available at Europe’s leading midsummer sale. This year’s Tattersalls July catalogue features the usual compelling combination of well-bred fillies and in foal mares, high class horses in training and significant consignments from leading owner-breeders, all of which look set to attract plenty of interest from domestic and international buyers alike.”
