Updated Conditions of Sale and Guidance for Purchasers at Tattersalls Live Virtual February Sale
Ahead of the Tattersalls Live Virtual February Sale which is to be held on February 4th – 5th, Tattersalls has updated both its Conditions of Sale and Guidance for Purchasers. The sale is to be held as a Live Virtual Sale with bidding only available via the Live Internet Bidding platform or Telephone Bidding via a member of Tattersalls staff.
The updated Guidance for Purchasers document can be found here and includes details on VAT implications for lots sold at the February Sale as well as details on keep and removal of horses after the sale and the release of horses.
All prospective purchasers are advised to read both documents in full prior to purchase.
